It is something that has stuck with me for years. Now, 11 years later, I am finally being baptized this Sunday. I am so excited about my future with the Lord by my side. We are praying for God's protection and direction, for health and safety, wisdom and boldness. We are also praying for the people of Haiti that you come into contact with, to see God's grace and come to know Jesus. For their belief to spread to others and for many to be saved, for the darkness to be lifted by the light of Jesus being present in you and for a great spiritual awakening! Praise God that we can pray expecting great things! My heart goes out to all of you especially Alec and Lucas. You two are so young and have your whole lives ahead. I pray that you are on this trip with your eyes wide open to what God's plan is for you as believers in Him. The rest of the team I pray that you will experience God and His power in a whole new way, that you will see His glory and receive what it is that He wants you to on this trip. Be a blessing to one another serving together as many different parts of the body making one and complimenting each other. Using the testimony and spiritual gifts that God has equipped you with to bring Glory to the father through the gospel of Jesus Christ. I can't wait to receive an update on how God is working!
